Berries Smoothie
Today I bring you the easiest smothie recipe that is perfect for a summer afternoon.
Recipe:
1 natural yoghurt
Berries (I usually have frozen berries in my refrigerator)
A tablespoon of goji berries
A tablespoon of chia seeds
Just put the ingredients into the blender et voila!
Aqui fica uma receita super simples e saborosa de um sumo perfeito para as tardes de verão.
Receita:
1 iogurte natural
Frutos silvestres (costumo ter congelados no frigorífico)
Uma colher de sopa de bagas goji
Uma colher de sopa de chia
Basta colocar os ingredientes na liquidificadora et voilá!

Superfoods #Goji Berries
Who hasn't heard about goji berries?!
Apparently, a few years ago there weren't many people on the occidental world who knew about its super benefits. In fact, Goji berries have been used for thousand of years in Tibet and China as a culinary and mecinal ingredient.
Goji berries are the most nutritionally dense fruit on Earth, becoming unique because they contain all essential amino acids and also have the highest concentration of protein of any fruit. They are rich in vitamins, minerals, unsaturated fatty acids, antioxidants and polysaccharides.
It's the fruit with the highest amount of Vitamin C (has more than an orange, for example), boasts 15 times the amount of iron found in spinach, as well as calcium, zinc, selenium and many other important trace minerals. It also contains natural anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal compounds.

You can mix it with other fruits, as well as yogurts, cereals, salads, juices or smoothies.

Yogurt snack
Here's an healthy snack to eat in the middle of the morning or afternoon. A natural yogurt with nectarine and goji berries.You can also add some chia seeds :)

Bolognese Soy
Ingredients:
Spaghetti
Soy Protein
onion
a garlic clove
olive oil
tomato pulp
a laurel leaf
parsley
tomato
oregano
grated cheese
Before you start cooking prepare the textured soy protein by placing it in water for about 20-30 minutes. After being hydrated the soy should be drained and squeezed.
Meanwhile boil the spaghetti.
Chop the onion and garlic clove and place in a pan with a little olive oil. Then place the soy and season to taste. Finally add the tomato pulp.
Add the spaghetti with the rest of prepared. Add diced tomato, oregano and grated cheese and is ready to serve!

Zucchini Lasagna
Lately I've been doing some experiments on the kitchen. The latest one was this zucchini lasagna. Easy, cheap and ultra delicious!
Ingredients:
Courgettes
Meat (your choice) chopped or soy
Onions
Garlic
Tomato paste with garlic and onion
Olive oil
Parmesan or other grated cheese cosoante taste
Parsley
Oregano
Ingredients:
Courgettes
Meat (your choice) chopped or soy
Onions
Garlic
Tomato paste with garlic and onion
Olive oil
Parmesan or other grated cheese cosoante taste
Parsley
Oregano
Sauté the meat or soy, then join the tomato paste and herbs.
Slice the courgettes and arrange them in a container for baking. Fill the layers with the cooked mea. In the last layer of courgette put the grated cheese and put in the oven.
Et voilá!

[Amor]ino
I love finding new cool places to hung out, to grab a coffe or to enjoy a nice evening with friends while having something delicious. Last friday I've found a new amor(love) in Lisbon downtown, Amorino. I couldn't resist to a chocolate crepe :) , but the gelato seemed very tempting also!
