Popsicle Summer

The Zara Home SS'15 collection tastes like a refreshing popsicle. The pieces pass a sense of joy and fun, an outdoors feeling.

The colour scheme is just delicious and reminds me of popsicles! :) How not to love?! The brand chose as the seasonal colours mustard, green, raspberry and pumpkin.

A coleção para a Primavera/Verão da Zara Home sabe a um gelado refrescante! As peças transmitem imensa alegria, diversão e uma sensação de estar ao livre (a aproveitar o bom tempo claro!)

O esquema de cores é simplesmente delicioso e lembrou-me logo de gelados! É impossível não gostar! A marca elegeu a cor Mostarda, Verde, Framboesa e Abóbora como as cores da estação.

Bathroom Decor Part 2

Continuing on the subject Bathroom Decor, in this post I decided to select some objects that can make a difference and upgrade the ambience of any bathroom. 

During my search for inspirational images I've noticed several common objects in most of the pictures, like flowers, candles and air fresheners, glass jars (for decor and for storage), baskets and finally trays (put your perfumes or your lotions and cosmetics). 























I've got many ideas from my research and I've already pick some cool items.

Bathroom Decor

Bathrooms may seem such a washy room when it comes to decor (of course if you have the money to make it from scratch "washy" doesn't really apply), but believe me, if you have a good base, and that's very important, you can turn a bathroom into a cosy, stylish and, for me the most important, functional room.

Some days ago I was at my parents bathroom looking for something and I've realized that, although the bathroom  and its materials are great, the room is lacking for some organization and functionality. So since my mother's birthday and father's day are coming up, I decided to present them with some cool and elegant items that can improve their daily routines and at the same time give a sense of style and a design feel.

Vista Alegre & Christian Lacroix

Vista Alegre, the famous portuguese brand of porcelain, has just launched four new collections of tableware and decorative pieces in colaboration with the prestigious french brand, Christian Lacroix.


The collections are already available on Christian Lacroix's Shop in Paris and will be available in other points of sales of the brand during this year. In Portugal, the colletions will be for sale from February on Vista Alegre Shops.

Have a look at these beauties! 

"Butterfly Parade”, “Picassiette”, “Sol y Sombra” and “Fórum” are the names of the four collections.
