Have you seen Spring??

I don't understand... why is the weather so cold and rains like it's end of the world? why?? It's April, Spring! I'm a kind of person that loves sun and warm temperatures. It's a physiological need for me! Colours, beautiful  days, birds singing, everyone coming back to life after a icy winter.
